Instructions for use:

1. Product Preparation
Make sure the cat scratching post scale is placed on a flat and stable surface.
Check the batteries or power connection (depending on the model) on your cat scratching post scale to make sure there is adequate power.
Make sure the scratching post scale surface is clean and free of any obstructions or debris.
2. Use the cat scratching board function
Guide your cat to the scratching post scale and let them get familiar with the new toy.
Cats will naturally use their claws to sharpen the surface of the scratching board, which can satisfy their natural habits and help them keep their claws healthy.
3. Use the scale function
When you want to weigh your pet, make sure your pet is standing in the center of the scratching post scale and remains stable.
Turn on the scale (usually by pressing a button or touching the screen).
Wait a few moments to allow the scale to accurately measure your pet's weight.
Read the number on the scale, noting the unit (usually kilograms or pounds).
4. Playing and Scratching
When pets are not on the scale, they can play and sharpen their claws on the scratching board
5. Cleaning and maintenance
Clean the surface of the cat scratching board scale regularly to remove debris or dirt left by your cat when sharpening its claws.
If powered by batteries, check the battery charge regularly and replace the batteries in time.
Avoid contact of the cat scratching board scale with water or other liquids to avoid damage to the internal circuit.
6. Notes
Please make sure your pet is in a safe position when using the cat scratching scale and do not let them jump or slam into the cat scratching scale.

• Delivery time may vary depending on individual merchants’ shipping schedule, generally, products shall be shipped to the customer's provided delivery address within approximately 14 working days from the issuance of the "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice email" However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, adverse weather, public holidays, and other special circumstances.
• If the customer provides incorrect delivery information, or if the logistics company is unable to contact the customer multiple times, or if the customer refuses delivery, resulting in the product being returned to the Merchant, Merchant may arrange re-delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. OneDegree shall not be held responsible.
• Merchant offers a 12-month self-carry warranty service for non-human damage, starting from the issue date of "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice". The warranty period will not be extended or renewed for any repaired or replaced parts or products. Customers must present the "OneDegree Pet Mart Order Confirmation Notice" issued by OneDegree via email as the proof of purchase to enjoy warranty service. If the customer fails to provide this or if the information is incomplete, Merchant will refuse to provide maintenance services. • Customers must agree to allow OneDegree to share their contact information for Merchant to arrange delivery of products. Merchant will contact the customer before delivery to confirm arrangements.
